Case studies: results with measurement sources

Two projects, from the initial problem to the numbers. Every result includes its measurement period, tool and limitations: a percentage means little without them. The data comes from the Search Console API and GA4 Data API.

I compare Google traffic using daily averages because the periods differ in length. Form events are totals for each period, not conversion rates. Where paid campaigns ran alongside SEO, I say so and do not attribute all growth to SEO.

Documented projects

  • USA Import Auto: Organic clicks / day: 11.5 → 77.0 (+569%)
  • LeadNinja: Lead dashboard with statuses, notes and CSV/XLSX export

USA Import Auto

CONTEXT

A company importing cars from the USA for customers in Poland. The website launched in December 2025; SEO work began in early June 2026. This comparison covers January–May and June–August 2026.

PROBLEM

The company needed a consistent way to attract and handle enquiries: a website that builds trust, content answering buyers' questions and a CRM where advisers can track each contact.

WHAT I DID

  • I built the company website and auction database integration, then a module generating car category pages with structured data and a sitemap.
  • I developed an expert blog with a regular publishing schedule. Topics follow search demand in the industry: importing, costs, procedures and specific car models.
  • I built a lead CRM with enquiry assignment, statuses, tasks and Telegram notifications.
  • I implemented conversion tracking and diagnosed measurement errors. I also ran Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns alongside this work.
BEFORE

January–May 2026 (151 days): an average of 11.5 clicks and 233 impressions per day in Google. GA4 recorded 2 form_submit events from Organic Search.

AFTER

June–August 2026 (92 days): an average of 77.0 clicks and 3,783 impressions per day. GA4 recorded 19 form_submit events from Organic Search and 2 from AI Assistant.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

  • Organic clicks / day: 11.5 → 77.0 (+569%)
  • Organic impressions / day: 233 → 3,783 (+1,524%)
  • form_submit events from Organic Search (GA4): 2 → 19 (+850%)
  • form_submit events from AI Assistant (GA4): 0 → 2

Sources: Search Console API and GA4 Data API, exported on 9 September 2026. Traffic uses daily averages because the periods differ in length; form events are totals for those periods. I do not compare generate_lead because tracking was not working before around 11 June. These results show traffic and recorded events, not sales. Paid campaigns ran at the same time, so I do not attribute all business growth to SEO.

Delivery time: Ongoing development; SEO measurement: January–August 2026
Tools: Astro · PHP · Next.js · Supabase · GSC · GA4 · GTM · Meta Ads · Google Ads

My exact contribution: Website, auction integration, programmatic SEO, regular content, CRM, measurement and campaign management.

SCREENSHOTS AND EVIDENCE

The chart shows growth in non-branded queries. Query classification is available from 21 February 2026 and may contain errors; the blank start means no classification was available. Its date range differs from the comparison above, so I do not compare its totals with total traffic.Google Search Console · 09.09.2026
